The Grave, documentary 

The Grave is focused on the story of searching for justice and accountability after Ukrainians discovered a mass grave in Izium, a city in northwestern Ukraine, Kharkiv Oblast, that has just gone through six months of brutal Russian occupation. The discovery happened in the autumn of 2022.

Back then, 450 bodies were discovered in the mass grave. Some of the identified people were tortured to death or executed; others were killed by the relentless Russian shelling.

In the film, eerie recollections of people who survived the Russian occupation intertwine with unique commentary from Ukrainian investigators and special services who are looking for Russians responsible for the war crimes they committed in Izium.
