Evacuation from Kivsharivka and Kupiansk in Kharkiv oblast

People are regularly evacuated from the dangerous communities of Kupiansk district. Police and volunteers are the ones who, amidst relentless Russian attacks on that part of the Kharkiv region, make civilian evacuation possible.
